DenizBank Secures Financing for Agriculture Sector

DenizBank said it had secured financing for the agriculture sector.

According to the bank, it will direct $50 million in one-year funding obtained from the U.S.-based financial institution Citi to farmers and agricultural businesses through its Üretici Kart (Producer Card).

The bank said the funding was secured in line with its Sustainable Finance Framework and would be directed specifically to the agriculture sector, with the aim of helping strengthen the resilience of the value chain and food security.
